Marketing Manager

We are seeking experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Mechatronics Company The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that target business clients, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified leads to support our sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital content, email marketing, webinars, and trade shows).
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials tailored to business audiences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing.
• Candidates must have prior experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and sales cycle.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arbaic and English
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
