Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead Manager who can take ownership of our brand growth, digital presence, and overall marketing strategy.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing, brand growth, or growth hacking roles

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth hacking initiatives to scale company and portfolio brands
• Own and manage social media strategy & execution across platforms
• Drive brand positioning, visibility, and demand generation
• Plan and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing for both company brand and client portfolio
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and continuously optimize for growth
• Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership to align marketing with business goals

Required Skills

• Proven experience in growth marketing / growth hacking
• Strong command over social media management & content strategy
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, funnels, and analytics
• Ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
• Creative, analytical, and execution-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
