Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Overview

WADIC is looking for a skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and manage all marketing activities. This role will play a key part in enhancing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting long-term business growth. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and brand development.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to position WADIC as a leading web development company.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing functions including branding, digital campaigns, content planning, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to measure and optimize marketing results.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search rankings and online visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and retargeting networks.
  • Work on website optimization, including structure, content, and user experience, to increase organic traffic and conversions.
  • Utilize analytics, heatmaps, and CRO techniques to improve website performance.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media materials.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Track social media trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Build and optimize automated email workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Improve lead funnels through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver qualified B2B leads.

Brand Management & Public Relations

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline channels.
  • Handle public relations activities including press releases and media coordination.
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and co-marketing opportunities to increase brand exposure.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry-related sessions to establish thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to track, manage, and nurture leads.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI-based tools to enhance customer interaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within a technology or web development environment.
  • Strong experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of web development concepts and industry trends is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
