Marketing Manager

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years UAE experience)

Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing strategy across BIG Estate Properties’ development and brokerage businesses, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand visibility, and sales support.

This is a hands-on operational role managing day-to-day marketing activities and coordinating an in-house team consisting of:

  • Videographer / Content Creator
  • Social Media Manager (SMM)
  • Performance Marketing / Paid Ads Manager

The role requires a practical marketer who can execute campaigns, manage creatives, analyze performance, and work closely with Sales to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Execution & Planning

Execute marketing plans in line with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

Manage marketing activities for:

  • Developer-led projects
  • Brokerage listings and services

Ensure a high SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) ratio while delivering sufficient lead volume from:

  • Europe
  • CIS
  • Middle East
  • Other Tier 1 markets

Apply strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, buyer behavior, and targeting.

Create and adapt high-conversion scripts and concepts for paid video advertising.

Translate sales targets into actionable marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.

Monitor and manage allocated marketing budgets efficiently.

2. Team Coordination & Daily Management

Coordinate and manage the daily work of:

  • Videographer / Content Creator
  • Social Media Manager
  • Performance Marketing / Paid Ads Manager

Assign tasks, align timelines, and ensure delivery quality.

Monitor KPIs, deadlines, and campaign performance.

Ensure smooth collaboration within the marketing team.

3. Content & Brand Execution

Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and positioning.

Review and approve:

  • Video content (property tours, reels, lifestyle content, launches)
  • Social media posts and stories
  • Campaign creatives and landing pages

Maintain consistent visual and messaging standards suitable for premium real estate.

Support content planning calendars and campaign schedules.

4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Execute and oversee digital marketing activities across:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Telegram advertising
  • Property portals and digital platforms

Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to:

  • Define and refine target audiences
  • Optimize campaigns
  • Control CPL, CPQL, and ROMI

Ensure leads are properly tracked, qualified, and transferred to Sales teams.

5. Sales Support & Collaboration

Work closely with the Head of Sales and sales teams to:

  • Support project launches and brokerage targets
  • Align campaigns with active sales priorities
  • Prepare sales decks and marketing materials
  • Collect feedback on lead quality and conversion.
  • Adjust campaigns based on sales feedback and performance data.

6. Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead data.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports for the Head of Marketing.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Continuously test, refine, and improve campaigns to increase effectiveness.

7. External Vendors & Support

  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when required.
  • Review external creative output and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Support vendor coordination and cost control as directed.

Requirements

Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Marketing certifications are an advantage
  • Real estate marketing experience is highly preferred

Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the UAE
  • Experience in real estate marketing (developer or brokerage)
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Experience working closely with sales teams
  • Experience coordinating content and performance marketing activities
  • Experience marketing off-plan projects
  • Experience with high-volume lead campaigns
  • Exposure to both brand and performance marketing

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Paid advertising platforms: Meta, Google
  • CRM and lead tracking systems
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Basic understanding of video production workflows
  • Budget tracking and reporting skills
