Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager for our mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing mall promotions, and handling all social media platforms to increase footfall and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies for mall promotions & events
• Manage and grow mall’s social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create content ideas, captions, and coordinate with designers
• Run digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with brands/shops inside the mall for joint promotions
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare basic reports
• Handle on-ground marketing activities and events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of social media marketing

Good communication and coordination skills

Creative mindset with market trend awareness

Mall or retail marketing experience will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
