Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across all Digital eMenu products. This role will focus on brand building, lead generation, product marketing, and partner marketing within the hospitality industry.

You will work closely with sales, product, partnerships, and leadership teams to drive growth and position the company as a leading digital solution for hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Digital eMenu products

· Plan and manage go-to-market campaigns for new products and features

· Drive lead generation and demand creation to support the sales team

· Manage digital marketing channels (website, SEO, SEM, social media, email)

· Create compelling marketing content including presentations, case studies, brochures, and sales enablement material

· Own product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions

· Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions, partnerships, and trade shows

· Work closely with partnership teams (e.g., payment providers, POS, aggregators) on co-marketing initiatives

· Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI

· Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the hospitality tech space

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

Required Experience & Skills

· 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology

· Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and restaurant ecosystem

· Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation

· Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms

· Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

· Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams

· Ability to manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously

· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in hospitality technology, SaaS, or fintech

· Experience in partner or alliance marketing

· Experience managing a small marketing team or agencies

· Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
