Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing ScaleNest’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and execution. This role includes managing marketing projects end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams, driving brand growth, and ensuring consistent delivery across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Develop, manage, and maintain ScaleNest’s brand identity across all platforms
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity

Project & Team Management

  • Plan, manage, and oversee marketing and web-related projects from initiation to delivery
  • Lead and coordinate the Business Development, Creative Design, and Website Development teams
  • Define priorities, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring on-time execution
  • Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, sales, and technical teams

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Oversee social media strategy, calendars, and performance across platforms
  • Manage content creation including website content, blogs, social media posts, and marketing collateral
  • Review and approve content to ensure brand alignment and quality standards

Paid Marketing & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI tracking
  • Analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Business Development Enablement

  • Support and guide the Business Development team with marketing materials, positioning, and campaign support
  • Align lead generation efforts with branding and marketing objectives

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track KPIs related to branding, campaigns, lead generation, and conversions
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data and market trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid knowledge of paid advertising platforms and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with software houses, digital agencies, or IT services companies
  • Familiarity with website development workflows and CMS platforms
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Content strategy and editorial planning experience
