We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Online & Offline) to plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Online/Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising
- Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance using analytics tools
- Coordinate content marketing, online branding, and social media presence
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ROI
- Work with designers, content writers, and agencies for digital creatives
Offline / Traditional Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and print advertising
- Manage branding materials including brochures, banners, hoardings, and promotional merchandise
- Coordinate ATL, BTL, and on-ground marketing campaigns
- Work with vendors, printers, and event agencies to ensure timely execution
- Track and measure offline campaign effectiveness
Strategy & Team Collaboration
- Develop integrated online and offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversions
- Manage and mentor marketing executives and coordinators
- Prepare marketing performance reports and presentations for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in both digital and offline marketing
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong project management and analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns
- Prior experience managing agencies and large marketing budgets
