Job Overview

WADIC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in strengthening brand presence, driving high-quality lead generation, and supporting long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with hands-on execution skills, strong analytical thinking, and proven experience in digital marketing, content development, lead generation, and brand management—preferably within a technology or web development environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to position WADIC as a leading web development company.
  • Oversee and coordinate all marketing activities, including branding, digital campaigns, content strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to continuously refine marketing efforts.
  • Define KPIs, performance metrics, and benchmarks to measure and optimize marketing outcomes.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and user experience to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Use analytics tools, heatmaps, and CRO techniques to enhance website performance.

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media assets.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Build and optimize automated email workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Improve lead funnels through A/B testing, data analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver qualified B2B leads.

Brand Management & Public Relations

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all online and offline channels.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media coordination.
  • Identify partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities to enhance brand exposure.
  • Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry-related sessions to establish thought leadership.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho to track, manage, and nurture leads.
  • Deploy chatbots and AI-driven tools to enhance customer interaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a technology or web development company.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of web development concepts and industry trends is a plus.
