Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (CTC)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies (Digital & Offline)
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads)
  • Lead brand positioning and promotional activities
  • Execute ATL & BTL marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with sales team to achieve business targets
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively
  • Oversee social media, website content, and branding materials

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics
  • Experience in FMCG / Consumer / E-commerce industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹5–9 LPA (based on experience & performance)
