Marketing Manager

We are a Dubai-based U.S. immigration law firm specializing in employment-based visas, investor visas, family petitions, and pathways to permanent residency. We guide clients across the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond through one of life's most important journeys — moving to the United States. We are growing fast, and we need a driven, people-first sales professional to help us reach more clients who need our expertise.

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you are the first voice prospects hear and the reason they choose BOLD USA over the competition. You will own the full top-of-funnel — from identifying and approaching new prospects to conducting intake consultations and handing off signed clients to our legal team. This is a high-activity, high-reward role for someone who is confident on the phone, genuinely curious about people's immigration goals, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do

Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling

  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and referral networks.
  • Initiate conversations with individuals and families interested in U.S. immigration options including Green Cards, investor visas (E-2, EB-5), employment visas, and family petitions.
  • Consistently hit daily and weekly outreach targets — this role requires comfort with high-volume outbound activity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing.

Lead Generation & CRM Management

  • Manage all leads and prospect interactions in the CRM — keeping records accurate, up to date, and actionable.
  • Track lead sources and conversion data to identify what's working and where to focus outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, follow-up sequences, and content that drives inbound inquiries.
  • Identify new lead channels — expat communities, business networks, real estate events, social media groups — and develop strategies to tap them.

Client Consultations & Intake

  • Conduct initial discovery calls and consultations to understand each prospect's background, goals, and eligibility.
  • Present BOLD USA's services clearly and compellingly — explaining complex immigration pathways in plain language that builds confidence and trust.
  • Guide qualified prospects through the intake process, including completing questionnaires and signing engagement letters.
  • Provide a warm, professional handoff to the legal team with complete client notes ensuring a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Experience managing leads in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Excellent spoken and written English — Arabic or Urdu is a strong plus
  • Confident communicator — phone, video, WhatsApp, and email
  • Self-starter mentality — able to work independently and hit targets
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Empathetic listener who builds trust quickly with diverse clients
  • Experience in immigration, legal services, or financial services a plus — but not required
  • Comfortable working across time zones (Middle East, U.S., South Asia)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
