Marketing Manager

Designation: Marketing Manager

Location: Angamaly, Ernakulam (Hybrid / On-site)

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the brand’s marketing strategy, campaigns, and performance initiatives to strengthen market presence, drive bookings, and elevate brand visibility across India. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking, digital expertise, and data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and segment target audiences (corporates, couples, families, and groups).
  • Create monthly/quarterly marketing calendars covering campaigns, offers, and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities.

Brand Building & Positioning

  • Strengthen Oh Stayz’s brand identity as India’s most trusted private villa and taycation brand.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and on-property touchpoints.
  • Execute influencer collaborations, storytelling campaigns, and media outreach.
  • Showcase brand values — privacy, premium experiences, and smart living.

Digital Marketing & Performance Growth

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Hotel Ads, and OTA listings.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Drive lead generation and improve cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Coordinate with creative and tech teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and analytics.

Social Media & Content

  • Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop engaging reels, stories, and influencer content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Engage with followers and respond promptly to comments, reviews, and DMs.
  • Organize photo/video shoots for properties and campaigns.

Lead Generation & CRM

  • Oversee end-to-end lead flow from campaigns to booking conversion.
  • Integrate CRM tools (Google Sheets / Spurnow / Meta Forms) for lead tracking.
  • Build automated workflows for WhatsApp, email, and remarketing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure timely reporting.

Partnerships, PR & Events

  • Collaborate with tourism boards, influencers, event planners, and local partners.
  • Execute marketing tie-ups, exhibitions, and brand collaborations.
  • Manage barter deals and partnerships (e.g., music shoots, weddings, and social events).
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report weekly/monthly campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
  • Track booking trends, website traffic, and occupancy performance.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of digital executives, designers, and social media specialists.
  • Assign goals, review performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Foster a creative, collaborative, and metrics-driven culture.

  • Lead generation volume and quality

  • ROAS and CPL optimization
  • Social media reach, engagement & follower growth
  • Website traffic & conversion rate improvement
  • CRM database growth and remarketing performance
  • Campaign ROI and budget adherence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or consumer brand).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign analytics.
  • Knowledge of hospitality trends and customer behavior.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical judgment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
