As the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all our marketing efforts with a focus on B2B marketing within the tech and software sectors. This role covers market research, event planning, digital marketing, brand management, and building strategic relationships. You’ll drive 360° marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients across sectors such as retail, Industry 4.0, healthcare, and oil & gas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies tailored for the tech and software sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Lead brand management, digital content initiatives, and coordinate corporate events.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships, especially with software houses and channel partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign performance.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, encouraging creativity, ownership, and high performance.
- Utilize tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Analytics to support digital efforts.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven B2B marketing experience, specifically within tech and software industries.
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach in cross-functional environments.
- Solid hands-on experience in market research, brand positioning, and full-cycle campaign management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and commercially driven with strong project management capabilities.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in digital tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Analytics.
- Marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google, CIM) are a plus.
