  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand the hospital's market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the hospital's revenue streams and patient base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referring physicians, medical professionals, healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and community groups.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for expansion or improvement.
  • Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and outreach initiatives targeted at specific patient demographics or service areas.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, business metrics, and sales targets to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, healthcare policies, and advancements in ophthalmology to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
