Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee the content creation process, ensuring high-quality and impactful materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
