Marketing Manager

WCTractor is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across all 14 locations. This role oversees the day-to-day management of a $1.4M+ annual advertising budget and ensures campaigns, content, and systems are implemented accurately, on time, and aligned with company priorities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines building slide decks, you’ll be launching campaigns, managing platforms, coordinating with stores, and keeping marketing moving across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

Campaign & Budget Management

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

  • Oversee deployment of OEM promotions and seasonal initiatives

  • Manage timelines, placements, and advertising schedules

  • Track and manage spend across a $1.4M+ annual advertising budget

  • Compile performance reporting for leadership review

Content & Brand Execution

  • Write, edit, and publish marketing content

  • Maintain brand consistency across all 14 locations

  • Coordinate creative production including photography, video, and promotional materials

Website & Digital Presence

  • Manage website updates, inventory listings, and landing pages

  • Maintain accurate listings across Google, Sandhills, and industry directories

  • Support SEO and digital visibility initiatives

Social Media & Engagement

  • Schedule and manage social media content

  • Monitor engagement and assist with reputation management

  • Coordinate content submissions from store teams

Events & Store Support

  • Execute marketing logistics for clinics, open houses, and customer events

  • Support store managers with promotional materials and local campaigns

Systems Administration

  • Maintain marketing platforms such as Kenect, 3CX, email systems, and digital signage tools

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate vendor support

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 3-7 years of marketing or communications experience

  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and track advertising budgets

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in agriculture, equipment, automotive, or retail is a plus
