Marketing Manager

Takshashila School of Civil Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be creative, result-driven, and have a passion for education. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Takshashila School of Civil Services' programs to prospective students, parents, and educational partners. You will work closely with the admissions team to generate leads, create and implement marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
• Participate in promotional events and activities to engage potential customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an UPSC/APSC based education institute.
• Must have a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
