We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels. This role requires strong marketing strategy and execution skills, experience managing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs while collaborating with product, sales, and creative partners.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals, target audiences, and product roadmaps, driving pipeline growth and brand preference.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, content, social media, paid acquisition, events, and webinars.
Manage the creation of compelling marketing content and assets—such as website pages, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations, and creative briefs—in collaboration with internal and external creative resources.
Oversee marketing automation and CRM campaigns to nurture leads, score prospects, and measure conversion across the funnel; partner with sales to ensure alignment on lead qualification and handoff processes.
Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) to inform decisions, optimize spend, and report ROI to leadership.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partners to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget while maximizing impact.
Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives, support launches, and ensure consistent brand and messaging across customer touchpoints.
Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform positioning, and refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Develop and maintain marketing processes, documentation, and playbooks to support scalable execution and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members and present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in demand generation, digital marketing, or product marketing roles.
Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels and measure their impact on pipeline and revenue.
Experience with marketing technology and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and strong Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing messaging, content, and presentations for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
Demonstrated project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
Experience with B2B SaaS marketing, product launches, or working in a fast-growing technology company is a plus.
MBA or advanced marketing certification, and/or certifications in marketing automation, analytics, or content strategy preferred.
Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) is desirable.
Full-time position with an onsite work model and some flexibility for hybrid arrangements where applicable.
