Marketing Manager – Plastic Industry (Field Sales & Business Development)
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with hands-on experience or strong interest in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field visits, generating new business opportunities, identifying high-quality leads, and building strong customer relationships. This role directly supports production by ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Conduct regular client visits to identify new customers in industries such as packaging, automotive, FMCG, household goods, industrial components, etc.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential buyers of plastic products, raw materials, or custom molded items based on the company’s capabilities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production team to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Maintain excellent after-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with clients.
4. Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations in the plastic industry.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit reports, lead updates, and sales progress to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic products, injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or related production processes (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong discipline for fieldwork.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
