As we continue to grow and strengthen our digital footprint, we’re looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our social media and paid advertising strategy, particularly across Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and post engaging content across Instagram and Facebook, using existing assets or producing new content from studio activities.
• Strategically plan and execute paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager, with a focus on ROI and audience growth.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand presence across all social media channels.
• Utilize design and editing tools including Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and other relevant software to create and optimize visual content.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future results.
• Collaborate with creative teams and project leads to align content with business goals and project timelines.
• Manage content calendars, optimize posting schedules, and stay up-to-date with platform trends and features.
• Report regularly on growth metrics, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, ideally within the creative, arts, or events industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, including audience targeting, campaign setup, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, ad strategies, and results.
• Proficient in social media management, content planning, and creative storytelling.
• Highly skilled in design and editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Ability to create visually compelling and brand-aligned content (both photo and video formats).
• Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
