Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a meticulous eye for detail and an innate understanding of the sophisticated tastes and expectations of our design-oriented audience.

Your Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects designed to attract new clients while cultivating and preserving our relationships with existing ones. You will elevate our marketing programs to new heights by leveraging your marketing expertise, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach. Key responsibilities fall into the following categories with other duties as assigned:

Digital Marketing & Communications:

  • Spearhead our strategy and digital footprint across social media platforms, email campaigns, and our website, ensuring compelling content and consistent updates.
  • Oversee the creation of catalogs and brochures in collaboration with our Graphic Designer, negotiate printing costs, and ensure immaculate printing.
  • Coordinate photo shoots for marketing materials; manage our photo library and digital assets
  • Manage press releases, media requests, and magazine submissions

Product Management:

  • Manage our accessory categories, encompassing product development, pricing, as well as research and analysis, all while effectively managing and collaboratively working with our factory partners.
  • Oversee fabric programs and vendor relations, conduct annual fabric performance analysis, and manage quick ship programs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a marketing manager (or similar), preferably in a leadership role in a comparable industry.
  • Alternatively, exceptional individuals with 4+ years of distinguished marketing experience in a professional, high-performing, and structured marketing department, ready to step into a Marketing Manager role, are encouraged to apply. You must have the ability to work autonomously and bring your outside marketing expertise to our organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Experience managing personnel is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing (content/copy) skills with a proven ability to proofread and edit with precision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Graphic Design or Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.
  • This position offers a base salary of $100,000 per year, bonus eligibility, plus benefits
