We are a growing private label men’s and women’s clothing brand with registered trademarks in the USA and UK. We manufacture our own products, which means no middlemen and no third-party factories controlling our margins. This gives us strong flexibility on pricing, promotions, and scaling strategy.

We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon Paid Ads Specialist who can take our brand to the next level. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and knows how to scale fashion brands profitably on Amazon.

Role Overview

You will be fully responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Amazon advertising campaigns across our product range. The goal is to drive profitable growth, improve brand visibility, and increase market share in both the US and UK marketplaces.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with proven expertise who can confidently manage large budgets and scale revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and ACOS targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel Amazon PPC strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns for men’s and women’s apparel.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Structure campaigns for maximum efficiency and data clarity.
  • Manage budgets and continuously improve ROAS, TACOS, and overall profitability.
  • Optimize product listings in collaboration with the creative team to improve conversion rate.
  • Run A/B testing on creatives, titles, and keywords.
  • Monitor and improve organic ranking alongside paid performance.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in new categories, variations, and marketplaces.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear action plans.
  • Work closely with management to align ad strategy with inventory, pricing, and launch plans.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience.
  • Proven track record scaling private label brands, ideally in fashion or apparel.
  • Experience managing significant monthly ad spend with profitable results.
  • Deep understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, and contribution margin.
  • Experience in both Amazon US and Amazon UK marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data quickly.
  • Experience launching new products and scaling them successfully.

Compensation Structure

  • Competitive base salary (based on experience).
