Amazon Paid Ads Specialist (Mid-Level)

Private Label Fashion Brand | US & UK Marketplaces

We are an established private label men’s and women’s clothing brand selling on Amazon US and UK. We manufacture our own products, which gives us strong margins and full control over pricing and scaling strategy.

We are looking for a mid-level Amazon Paid Ads Specialist who can manage and grow our PPC performance while keeping profitability under control.

This role is ideal for someone who already has solid hands-on Amazon advertising experience and wants to take more ownership in scaling a brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Structure campaigns correctly for scaling and clean data tracking
  • Improve ACOS and TACOS while increasing total revenue
  • Launch and support new product advertising strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide weekly performance updates with clear recommendations

You will work directly with leadership and have input in scaling decisions.

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
  • Experience working with private label brands
  • Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, and contribution margin
  • Experience in Amazon US or UK marketplace
  • Comfortable analyzing data and making independent optimization decisions

Experience in fashion or apparel is a plus, but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
