Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across our residential homebuilding and development brands. This hybrid role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who blends creativity with strong organizational and project management skills.

The Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, will be responsible for day-to-day marketing execution, content development, social media management, campaign execution, and cross-functional project support to help drive brand awareness, community engagement, and qualified homebuyer leads. This role requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and collaboration with sales, construction, and leadership teams is essential.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 2–4+ years of professional marketing or agency experience managing multiple client brands

 Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field

 Strong social media management experience utilizing Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or other social management platforms

 Experience managing social content coordinators across a variety of brands and platforms

 Strong organizational and project management skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

 Proven ability in building and managing various media budgets and marketing channels (SEO, social, OOH, etc.)

 Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, paid media, email marketing)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 Experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, or related industries

 Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.) or relevant application experience is a plus

 Experience managing and working with marketing agencies or creative vendors

 Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms

 Comfortable reading basic performance metrics and analytics

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

 Manage and execute social media strategy across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

 Develop monthly content calendars for multiple brands aligned with launches, inventory homes, and promotional campaigns

 Write and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and target audience personas

 Coordinate photo/video shoots with internal teams and external partners as needed

 Monitor engagement metrics and provide performance insights and recommendations for optimization Content Coordination

 Coordinate content creation for digital campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and sales materials

 Partner with internal stakeholders and agency vendors to ensure timely content delivery

 Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels

 Assist with copywriting and editing for campaigns, landing pages, and promotional assets

Project Management & Execution

 Manage marketing timelines, campaign deliverables, and cross-department communication

 Track multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met

 Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with inventory and community priorities

 Assist in launching new communities, promotions, and events

Marketing Operations Support

 Help maintain marketing calendars and workflow systems

 Coordinate with vendors, designers, photographers, and agency partners

 Support reporting on campaign performance and marketing KPIs

 Assist in budget tracking and invoice coordination as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
