Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (Commission-Based Only)

Work Setup: Independent Contractor

Overview

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Marketing Manager to support our sales and

account acquisition efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence in

outreach, and the ability to follow structured marketing and sales processes. You will be

responsible for identifying prospects, scheduling meetings, participating in Customer Needs Analysis (CNA) calls, and helping develop and present full marketing strategies and direct mail proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach

● Identify and research dealership and dealer group prospects to determine key decision

makers.

● Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, in-person networking, or any effective

communication method.

● Schedule initial Discovery Meetings with qualified prospects.

Client Needs Analysis & Strategy Development

● Assist in conducting comprehensive Customer Needs Analysis (CNA) to uncover areas

of opportunity and growth.

● Develop customized Marketing Strategies using our templates and in-depth

research.

Help prepare and participate in follow-up meetings to present proposals.

Presentation & Closing Support

● Support the presentation of marketing strategies and proposals, including handling

elements of closing conversations.

● Assist in securing signed agreements and Agency Takeover Letters from new clients.

Account Management Support

● Conduct weekly meetings with Full-Service accounts in accordance with our

guidelines.

● Complete necessary documentation for securing and maintaining accounts (forms

and procedures will be introduced by management).

Training & Performance Expectations

● Participate in mandatory weekly training sessions every Monday at 3pm, Tuesday at

11am, and Friday at 11 AM (subject to schedule changes by management).

● Meet performance goals which are minimum of:

○ Book 1 CNA per week by Month 1

○ Book 2 CNAs per week by Month 2

Job Type: Contract

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Digital Advertising: 2 years (Preferred)
