Marketing Manager

Artifin Accountants is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our multi-channel digital marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, lead generation systems, and coordinating a distributed marketing team across the UK and Pakistan.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing team leadership, with the ability to drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all marketing operations, including Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and content strategy
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns targeting UK audiences
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Develop strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and Stakeholder's objectives
  • Conduct Weekly Standup meetings to ensure the team is aligned with the marketing goals
  • Review reports every week and communicate with stakeholders in weekly meetings
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Oversee creation and approval of marketing assets, including landing pages, ads, social media posts, and video content
  • Implement marketing automation and CRM integrations to streamline lead management (Hubspot, GHL, or Zoho)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong speaking and communication skills in English (UK preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing leadership or marketing management roles
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
  • Experience with SEO strategy and website optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international teams or UK Accounting Firms is a plus
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, funnel optimization, and lead management systems
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as GA4, GSC, and GTM
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Slack
