What You’ll Do

• Support the VP - Marketing in executing brand and product marketing strategies.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display ads).
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
• Manage local store listings and evaluate online engagement metrics.
• Develop and maintain marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend tracking and reporting.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify customer trends.
• Lead media relations, coordinate events, brand partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Work with internal teams to develop brochures, flyers, and seasonal marketing materials.
• Maintain databases for direct marketing (email/SMS) and support CRM initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Digital Media.
• 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience within a reputed automotive dealership.
• Skilled in sales and marketing funnel design and execution.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and media editing tools.
• Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Quintly, Crowd Analyzer).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Familiar with web design, content management systems, and AI-powered tools like chatbots, programmatic advertising, etc.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented marketing professional.
