Marketing Manager

Job Summary

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee the marketing direction of our 10 hospitality brands across the UAE, ensuring each concept maintains a strong presence and lasting appeal in a competitive market. You will plan and execute campaigns, shape brand positioning, and work closely with operations to drive guest demand and long-term growth.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day marketing activity for a group of EatX brands.
  • Mentor Content Creators and Marketing Executives, ensuring strong creative output and consistent execution
  • Develop + deliver brand marketing plans and content calendars aligned with group strategy
  • Coordinate launches, promotions, and campaigns in collaboration with PR, creative, and operations teams
  • Track performance, compile reports, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and ROI


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing within hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-brand environments
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and what drives guest engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple concepts at once while maintaining clear and consistent brand identities
  • A hands-on, creative mindset with solid execution skills and attention to detail
