Marketing Manager

Job Requirements:
Responsible for overseeing all marketing activities of Ethos of Educational Services that manages Ethos International School, Rukan Nursery & Preschool & Nine Yards Academy.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Ethos International School, Nine Yards Academy & Rukan Nursery & Preschool.
• Managing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and website updates.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Planning and executing events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and enrollment.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Overseeing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Managing the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and media outlets.
• Maintaining and enhancing the brand image of all entities through consistent branding efforts.
• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
