Marketing Manager

FirstPoint Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong brand visibility, generating quality leads, and managing marketing campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms
• Manage content creation including social media, website updates, and marketing materials
• Work closely with the sales team to generate and track qualified leads
• Oversee branding, marketing collateral, and promotional activities
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts for better results
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors when required
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
• Support the company’s growth by identifying new marketing opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and brand development
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in UAE market is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
