Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that increase patient flow, build brand awareness, and support the growth of all care centers. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, local community outreach, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week to support collaboration, culture, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Acquisition & Growth

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new patient volume to companies care centers
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across channels to improve ROI and patient conversion

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid search, display, social, email, local SEO, etc.)
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the website development/management company
  • Ensure website content, UX, and conversion paths are optimized for patient acquisition
  • Oversee landing pages, tracking, and ongoing website improvements

Social Media & Content

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor engagement and leverage insights to improve performance

Community & Local Marketing

  • Coordinate and attend community events to promote the company and drive local awareness
  • Build relationships with local organizations, referral sources, and community partners
  • Support local marketing initiatives specific to individual care centers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with leadership, care center teams, and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Help foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through in-office engagement and teamwork

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or dental
  • Dental industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead/patient acquisition
  • Experience managing external vendors (website, agencies, digital partners)
  • Strong understanding of local marketing and community outreach strategies
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content management
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and campaign performance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in-office in the Bellevue / Seattle / Redmond area 3+ days per week

Compensation

  • Full Benefits
  • $115K-120K Base Salary and $10K Bonus
