The Role

Mint Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing & Creative Growth Manager who will lead the strategy and execution of our marketing efforts, from community events, sponsorships, to social media campaigns and referral partnerships.

This role blends creative design, relationship building, and growth strategy to help bring new patients into the practice.

You’ll work at the intersection of:

• Community outreach
• Event planning and execution
• Evaluate and negotiate sponsorship oppurtunities using predefined ROI criteria
• Social media & creative campaigns
• Referral partnerships
• CRM tracking & marketing analytics

What You’ll Do

Community Marketing & Events

Build relationships with schools, sports teams, creators, and community organizations while creating standout events and sponsorship activations.

Creative Campaigns

Design visually exciting marketing materials including social media graphics, event signage, referral baskets, flyers, and promotional campaigns.

Referral Partnerships

Develop creative ways to strengthen relationships with general dentists and referral partners.

Social Media & Content

Plan and create engaging social media campaigns that generate attention and drive consultations.

Lead Tracking & Growth

Use our CRM to track where leads come from and help measure which marketing efforts turn into new patients.
