Marketing Manager

Botanica is the largest landscape nursery in the region. It is part of Red Sea Global’s planet-first approach, seeking to enrich the natural environment around us and set new standards for sustainable development.

Operational since 2020, Botanica has grown and supplied more than 7 million plants to landscape RSG’s destinations, aiming to deliver 30 million plants by 2030. Botanica also provides immersive educational experiences for guests at The Red Sea, AMAALA, and beyond.

The nursery features diverse local plants, flowers, and other vegetation. Any new species introduced is carefully planned and follows comprehensive evaluations to guarantee harmonious integration with the existing flora and fauna.


Role Overview:


The Social and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the online presence and brand identity of Botanica Nursery through strategic social media and marketing initiatives. This position will focus on creating and executing bilingual content, managing the brand's social media channels, and collaborating closely with various internal teams to support the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong social media background, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to build and strengthen relationships with followers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, launch, and manage Botanica Nursery’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and execute content strategies, including bilingual content, that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to community interactions on social media channels, including comments and direct messages.
  • Support on-ground marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, Destination brand teams, PR & Communications, Travel Trade, and Residential teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
  • Analyze social media performance, using insights to drive improvements and optimize engagement, reach, and sentiment.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Arabic preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce compelling content.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to monitor trends and apply insights to improve engagement strategies.
