Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Marketing Specialist to help expand our patient base and strengthen referral relationships with physicians and healthcare providers in the community. This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare marketing and is comfortable building in-person and digital connections to drive growth.

You will be responsible for increasing patient volume, developing partnerships with local doctors, and representing our practice in a professional and engaging manner. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the growth and visibility of our clinic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase new patient acquisition
• Build and maintain relationships with local physicians, medical offices, and healthcare providers to generate referrals
• Conduct in-person outreach to clinics, gyms, and community organizations
• Coordinate and manage referral pipelines and provider communication
• Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and health screenings
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email outreach, and online presence
• Track referral sources and marketing performance to optimize growth strategies
• Collaborate with clinical team to align marketing efforts with patient care services
• Identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships and business development

Qualifications

• Experience in medical marketing, healthcare outreach, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with in-person networking and outreach to medical professionals
• Understanding of patient acquisition strategies and referral-based growth
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience with social media or basic digital marketing is a plus
• Background in healthcare (PT, chiropractic, medical office, etc.) is a strong advantage
