Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and oversee comprehensive campaigns. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping how Cozy is presented to buyers, investors, and community partners. You will champion our "relationship branding" efforts, utilizing advanced digital marketing, market research, and compelling visual content to foster trust and drive growth. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and oversee comprehensive campaigns. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping how Cozy is presented to buyers, investors, and community partners. You will champion our "relationship branding" efforts, utilizing advanced digital marketing, market research, and compelling visual content to foster trust and drive growth. If you are a technical strategist with strong leadership skills and a knack for building meaningful professional relationships, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Management: Lead marketing teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and oversee comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies from conception to execution.
  • Brand Management: Craft and maintain Cozy’s brand identity, positioning us as a community-focused industry leader. Prioritize relationship branding to foster long-term brand loyalty over transactional interactions.
  • Product & Property Marketing: Manage the launch, positioning, and messaging of new real estate projects and property developments.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Manage and optimize our digital presence, including SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media, and overarching content strategies.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Act as a market research analyst for the brand, utilizing analytics to interpret complex data, predict real estate market trends, and report on campaign ROI.
  • Content & Design Direction: Utilize Canva and other design tools to create high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral, including pitch decks, property brochures, and social media graphics.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the face of our brand’s marketing, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, real estate agents, investors, and community partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Marketing is highly preferred. We welcome candidates with an MS in Marketing (bringing specialized, data-centric strategy) or an MBA with a Marketing focus (bringing advanced senior leadership experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record specifically in Real Estate Marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing advanced marketing tools, digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and data-centric decision-making.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Demonstrated ability to interpret data and create comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong skills in team coordination, project management, and strategic planning, with the ability to direct agencies and influence cross-functional departments.
  • Design Skills: Highly versed in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) with an excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of pitching to partners and writing compelling copy for the real estate market.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,077.71 per year
