Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s marketing strategy while overseeing a team that includes content writers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, 2D artists/modelers, and web administrators.
This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Plan and manage campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to optimize strategies.
Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including:
Content Writers
UI/UX Designers
Graphic Designers
2D Designers / Modelers
Web Administrators

Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing outputs.

Review and approve creative work to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Content & Creative Oversight

Oversee content creation including social media, website content, and marketing materials.

Ensure alignment of messaging, tone, and branding across all platforms.

Guide UI/UX direction to enhance user experience and engagement.

Supervise design production including graphics and 2D visual assets.
Digital & Web Management

Oversee website performance, updates, and optimization.

Ensure implementation of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Manage social media presence and content calendars.
Performance & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI.

Provide regular reports and insights to management.

Continuously optimize strategies based on data and results.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.

Experience managing creative and technical teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.

Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design workflows.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
