Gateway Fiber is a locally owned and operated internet service provider on a mission to positively impact communities through better internet. Gateway is creating a leading, national fiber-to-the-home platform. With the support of its financial sponsor CBRE Investment Management, Gateway plans to reach 500,000 homes and businesses with its service over the next several years. Gateway provides faster, more reliable internet with a simple pricing model and industry-leading customer service.

Expected Outcomes and Requirements:

Gateway Fiber is hiring a Marketing Manager to enhance, expand, and solidify Gateway’s brand across our growing customer base and support our operational goals. The Marketing Manager is expected to contribute to strengthen brand presence, support organizational goals, and promote the company’s products or services in the following ways:

  • Collaborate and support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking marketing strategies and campaigns such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to promote the organization and its products or services.
  • Lead overall execution and project management of marketing campaign schedules, working across the organization to accelerate GTM execution and reach acquisition targets.
  • Partner with performance and lifecycle marketing to define, build, maintain PESO channels (paid, earned, shared, owned), segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Oversees paid digital & traditional media, including SEM, SEO, OOH, direct mail, and web development agency partners.
  • Leverage data-driven analytics to track KPI's, generate insights, and make recommendations for new campaign optimization.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs by tracking performance metrics and evaluating ROI.
  • Manage and guide marketing team members, providing leadership, direction, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational policies, brand guidelines, and overall strategic direction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience supervising or managing team members.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Project management expertise with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking paired with creative problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
