Job Summary

DBOX Media is seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the agency's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign execution. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a deep understanding of the UAE and GCC market landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with DBOX Media's business objectives and growth targets
  • Plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets in collaboration with the creative team
  • Manage and grow DBOX Media's digital presence including website, social media platforms, and email marketing
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal development
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agency partnerships where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Experience working in a creative, media, or digital agency environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
  • Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to government, semi-government, or large corporate clients in the UAE or GCC
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of UAE market trends, consumer behavior, and government communication standards

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieve a 20%+ year-over-year increase in brand awareness and digital engagement metrics
  • Generate a minimum of 15 qualified marketing leads per month through campaign activities
  • Deliver all marketing campaigns on time and within the approved budget
  • Maintain a 90%+ satisfaction rate from internal stakeholders on marketing support and deliverables
