Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for a growing B2B organization operating within the financial services space.

This role will focus on building a strong brand presence, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth through targeted B2B marketing strategies. The ideal candidate combines creativity with commercial awareness and is comfortable translating complex financial solutions into clear, compelling messaging for professional audiences.

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function end-to-end — shaping strategy, managing budgets, and guiding a small team to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that strengthen market positioning and drive engagement with corporate clients and partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and commercial objectives
  • Lead and manage day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring consistency across all channels and campaigns
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction tailored to a B2B financial services audience
  • Plan and execute campaigns that support lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a creative and collaborative environment
  • Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and continuously optimize marketing efforts

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
  • Experience working in B2B marketing environments, preferably within financial services, fintech, or professional services
  • Strong creative thinking combined with strategic planning capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance
  • Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex offerings into clear and engaging marketing content
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
