Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure strong lead generation and conversion
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics
• Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the competitive real estate market

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing management and strategy development
• Strong knowledge of market research, analytics, and performance tracking
• Experience aligning marketing with sales for business growth
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
