We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager | City University Qatar (CUQ)
Location: Lusail, Qatar
City University Qatar (CUQ) is undergoing an exciting transformation to support its commercial growth, and we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead impactful campaigns and drive student recruitment success.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimisation. You will work closely with the Marketing, Student Recruitment, and Admissions teams to deliver measurable outcomes and strengthen brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and brand awareness
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Student Recruitment, and Admissions teams
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to agreed objectives and standards
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, recruitment events, exhibitions, and outreach activities
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality campaign delivery
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise return on investment
- Develop and implement structured project management systems to enhance campaign efficiency and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing campaign management
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and student recruitment processes
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
