Marketing Manager

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target market needs.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage content creation efforts across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content production using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing tactics.
  • Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms for website management.
  • Analyze website analytics with Google Analytics and SQL queries to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.
  • Coordinate social media marketing efforts across channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and engage existing customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and support e-commerce growth.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEM techniques, and keyword research methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management platforms including Facebook Advertising and other social media tools.
  • Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript, SQL for data analysis, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop for visual content development.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, performance marketing, B2B strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (Return on Investment).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
