Marketing Manager

Phoenix Accounting is seeking a driven and professional Marketing Manager / Director to lead our outreach, partnerships, and overall brand growth—especially within the equine industry and across our expanding national presence.

This is a strategy-focused role. You will be responsible for building relationships, securing opportunities, and driving visibility—not creating graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute nationwide marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Secure, negotiate, and manage sponsorships and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and industry contacts
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and internal team members to execute campaigns
  • Ensure consistent presence in equine publications, events, and media
  • Track outreach efforts, partnerships, and campaign performance
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand growth and visibility
  • Represent Phoenix Accounting with professionalism and confidence

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
  • Experience using project management systems (Monday.com preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and internal systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines independently

Qualifications:

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and receptive to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Background in marketing, communications, or business preferred

Position Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Professional remote work environment
  • Availability to meet deadlines and communicate consistently with the team

Position Details:

  • Fully remote
  • Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
