Marketing Manager

Our client is hiring a Marketing Manager/Lead to own the company's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation across all business units. The founding team member who previously led marketing is transitioning to lead the Online Learning Platform, creating a leadership vacancy at a critical growth stage.

This role is not about posting on social media. You will define our client's brand narrative, manage an external marketing agency, oversee a Digital Marketing Executive, design campaigns that drive registrations and qualified leads, and build marketing infrastructure that scales across Egypt and the GCC. You will report directly to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own Plan P's brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, and content voice across all channels
  • Develop and execute the quarterly marketing plan aligned to commercial targets set by the CEO
  • Manage the relationship with external marketing agency: briefing, reviewing deliverables, measuring ROI
  • Manage the Digital Marketing Executive: set weekly priorities, review content output, ensure quality
  • Build and maintain the monthly content calendar: organic content, paid campaigns, event marketing, ambassador pushes
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns for offline training programs, online courses, and events
  • Produce monthly marketing performance reports: reach, impressions, leads generated, cost per lead, conversion attribution
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on lead quality standards and marketing-to-sales handover processes
  • Represent Plan P's brand at industry events, hospital partnerships, and media opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools for content optimization, audience analysis, and campaign performance improvement
  • Build the marketing foundation for GCC market entry positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for Gulf audiences


Requirements

  • 4–7 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Combined agency and client-side experience — you must understand both the creative process and business outcomes
  • Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or education marketing is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and hold them accountable to KPIs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, content marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools — Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and equivalent platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (content generation, audience segmentation, performance optimization)
  • Excellent Arabic and English writing skills — you will own the brand voice in both languages
  • Budget management experience — ability to allocate spend and report on marketing ROI
