We are looking for a driven, creative, and highly capable Marketing Manager to help elevate the brand and take our marketing to the next level.
Position Overview
This is not a “sit behind a desk” marketing role. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, execute strategically, and bring energy to the brand every single day.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative marketer, content creator, social media strategist, and growth-minded operator. This person will be responsible for strengthening the Drive The Coast brand, increasing awareness, generating leads, and showcasing our incredible inventory through compelling content and innovative marketing strategies.
Core ResponsibilitiesBrand Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Elevate and strengthen the Drive The Coast brand presence across all platforms.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase visibility, leads, and sales.
- Identify and execute new marketing opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and growth strategies.
- Help shape and maintain a premium, recognizable brand image.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Create engaging daily content that showcases inventory, dealership culture, customer experiences, behind-the-scenes moments, and special projects.
- Grow audience engagement and increase followers organically and through paid efforts.
- Stay current on trends, algorithms, and best-performing content strategies.
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through digital advertising and targeted campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance and continually improve ROI and conversion rates.
AI & Marketing Technology Implementation
- Identify and implement AI-driven marketing strategies and tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, create content, enhance lead generation, and improve customer communication.
- Help modernize the dealership’s marketing systems and processes.
Website Development & Optimization
- Lead the redesign and ongoing improvement of the dealership website.
- Improve website experience, SEO, inventory presentation, lead capture, and overall conversion performance.
- Coordinate with vendors or independently execute website improvements.
Content Creation & Media Production
- Film, edit, and create compelling videos for inventory, dealership updates, events, and storytelling.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles and dealership happenings.
- Photograph cars for inventory listings with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Create short-form content for social media, reels, ads, and YouTube.
Inventory Marketing
- Ensure vehicles are professionally marketed online with strong visual presentation.
- Assist in developing compelling listing content and inventory promotion strategies.
- Help maximize exposure of vehicles across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
- Photography and videography experience preferred.
- Experience with editing software (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms for marketing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to think creatively and execute independently.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Passion for cars, branding, storytelling, and growth is a huge plus.
