Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the bank’s digital and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, customer growth priorities, and digital banking goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support customer acquisition, product awareness, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including website, mobile app campaigns, social media, paid media, email marketing, SMS, and digital customer communications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Business, Customer Experience, Partnerships, Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and digital marketing effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, and performance dashboards, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Support customer segmentation, targeted marketing initiatives, and personalized customer engagement campaigns to improve conversion and retention outcomes.
- Manage content development and digital communications to ensure consistency of brand messaging and alignment with the bank’s value proposition.
- Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors to support campaign delivery, marketing activities, and brand execution.
- Support brand management initiatives to strengthen the bank’s market positioning, customer perception, and overall brand visibility.
- Assist in managing customer engagement activities across digital touchpoints to improve digital adoption and customer interaction.
- Ensure all marketing and customer communications comply with applicable regulatory requirements, brand standards, internal governance processes, and Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) expectations where relevant.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer trend analysis to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support budgeting and tracking of marketing expenditures to ensure effective utilization of allocated budgets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to digital marketing tools, automation, customer engagement platforms, and campaign management capabilities.
- Prepare regular reporting and presentations on marketing performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes for senior stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field; professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement, or marketing communications, preferably within banking, financial services, fintech, telecommunications, retail, or another digital/customer-focused industry.
- Experience managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, social media, CRM, email, and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer acquisition funnels, campaign management, customer engagement, and digital adoption strategies.
- Experience using digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, social media management platforms, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, digital engagement, and performance tracking methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaigns and marketing initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with strong execution capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for marketing communications within regulated industries is preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, digital, and growth-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Pay: E£6,769.68 - E£32,162.85 per month
