About the Role
Crisil is seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven
Marketing
Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted marketing programs for high-value accounts. This role is crucial in strengthening Crisil’s relationships with key accounts in the BFSI and technology sectors through personalized, insight-led engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, experience with ABM frameworks, and the ability to align closely with sales and product teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable
marketing
strategies
across one-to-one accounts , one-to-few accounts , and one-to-many models to engage high-priority accounts.

Partner with
sales
to identify intent of target accounts, define marketing goals, and align on account strategies.

Create tailored marketing campaigns that include personalized content, events, digital outreach, and executive engagement.

Conduct in-depth
account research and intelligence gathering
to support customization and campaign relevance.

Manage ABM tools and platforms to deliver highly targeted and measurable campaigns.

Track and analyze campaign performance at the account level to inform strategy, improve targeting, and demonstrate ROI.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing efforts, sales enablement, and broader marketing initiatives.

Continuously monitor industry and competitive trends to refine account strategies and stay ahead of market shifts.

Oversee the budget and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders regularly.

Proficient in ABM technologies and tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and lead nurturing workflows.

Experience managing multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines.

Ability to synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable plans.

Knowledge of the
financial services sector
, including analytics, credit risk, and policy advisory, is a plus.
Experience Requirements

5+ years
of B2B marketing experience, with at least
3 years in ABM or targeted enterprise marketing
roles.

Demonstrated success in marketing to BFSI or tech firms servicing the financial sector.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

MBA in Marketing
is preferred.
