Marketing Manager (Arabic speaker)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for SEHA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or hospital marketing, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English , and a proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with SEHA’s vision and objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns for hospitals and healthcare facilities under SEHA’s network.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content creation to engage patients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and patient insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and SEHA branding guidelines.
  • Prepare marketing reports and present performance metrics to senior management.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in healthcare or hospital marketing.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare market and cultural nuances.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
