Job Responsibilities
Marketing Manager – (Building Materials Industry Experience)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute product launches for new aluminium and glass systems in coordination with R&D and sales teams.
- Create and manage branding, positioning, and messaging aligned with company goals.
- Prepare marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, technical presentations, and case studies.
- Support sales team with market intelligence, lead generation, and customer targeting strategies.
- Manage digital marketing activities including website content, social media, and online promotions.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors to promote products.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to R&D and product development teams.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with industry standards and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights to management.
