Job Responsibilities

Marketing Manager – (Building Materials Industry Experience)

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute product launches for new aluminium and glass systems in coordination with R&D and sales teams.
  • Create and manage branding, positioning, and messaging aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, technical presentations, and case studies.
  • Support sales team with market intelligence, lead generation, and customer targeting strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including website content, social media, and online promotions.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors to promote products.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to R&D and product development teams.
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with industry standards and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights to management.
