Marketing Manager - Business Solutions

We Madhyamam are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Business Solutions to lead and manage business development initiatives at our Malappuram unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, building client relationships, and ensuring effective execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans for growth.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver business solutions effectively.
• Prepare reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation of business strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or related roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
