Marketing Manager - Catering & Events Experience

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in bringing our brands to life. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between the owner, senior management, and external partners, ensuring that every campaign not only runs smoothly but also delivers real impact. From building strategies to tracking performance, you’ll help shape how our brands connect with the world.


Brands You’ll Work On

  • Primarily Sugar N Spice accounts
  • May expand as we launch new projects and initiatives


What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to partner for management, keeping them informed and engaged with campaign progress and results
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms by coordinating with creative and technical teams
  • Deliver insightful, data-driven post-campaign reports with clear recommendations for what’s next
  • Collaborate with different departments to design marketing plans that align with business goals
  • Plan and oversee 360° campaign calendars in line with senior management’s vision
  • Bring fresh ideas to life through events such as photo shoots, mall activations, and new product launches
  • Build strong relationships with external partners to create impactful marketing activations, UGC content and influencer campaign.
  • Manage our online community, ensuring consistent and engaging stories and posts
  • Attend key events , spot content opportunities, and supervise photographers and videographers to ensure quality coverage
  • Take full ownership of moodboards and product photoshoots , coordinating closely with creative teams and production partners
  • Update menus by handling copywriting, coordinating with designers, and managing the printing process
  • Audit customer communication channels and provide direction for customer service, sales, and marketing teams to elevate customer experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience in content creation and supervision , including managing photographers and videographers at events and shoots
  • Strong skills in developing creative concepts, moodboards, and planning product photoshoots
  • Copywriting and proofreading expertise for menus, campaign assets, and brand communications
  • Ability to manage and improve customer communication channels , ensuring alignment across service, sales, and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency across all channels
  • Bonus: experience with SEO, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms


What You’ll Get

  • Work setup: Full-time, on-site (Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Time to recharge: 21 working days of vacation, plus public holidays
